Should we post photographs and videos of bad behaviour on the internet?

I think we should not post photographs and videos of bad behaviour on the internet without the people whose photograph or video is being taken knowing.

They should get their own privacy when they are in the public. We do not have the right to take a stranger's photograph and post it in the internet.If people are doing something inappropriate in the public, why should we take a picture or a video from a distance and post it in the internet, while we can actually approach the person and tell him or her that what he or she is doing is really inappropriate and should not do it in the public.

At the same time, people who are are posting photographs and videos of bad behaviour may not want to make people who's photos are inside the photographs to be embarrassed, but to make people learn from the mistakes that they have done in the public.

But still, we must have a good way to do it. We should really avoid posting photographs or videos of bad behaviour.
